Looking at the future we have accepted the challenge to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. March was the kick-off of our solar energy project: We are installing a total of 2,600 solar panels on the roofs of our warehouses which will produce about 7.5 mega watts of electricity. These solar panels will make our company self sufficient for the majority of our energy requirements.
The solar project will be completed by the end of June, so that we can benefit from the most sunny days to fulfill our energy needs and sustainability.
