Step into the Rainbow<\/a><\/h4>\n

Past Spring we have been busy with a new project of ours: The Tulip Barn!<\/a><\/p>\n

The Tulip Barn originally started as a place to offer tourists an alternative to make pictures in the middle of the Dutch tulip fields. Over a million tourists travel to the Dutch Flower Bulb region every Spring, to admire the flower fields. We love the tourists and think it\u2019s amazing that so many people from all over the world are interested in the tulip fields. However, there is also a downside to the many visitors. People nowadays are willing to do anything for the perfect picture, resulting in lots of tourist who are standing in the middle of the flower fields, not knowing they are causing damage to the crops.<\/p>\n

To offer the tourists a place where they can make as many pictures as they please, we created an \u2018\u2019Instagram Tulip Field\u2019\u2019<\/a>. We planted over 400.000 tulip bulbs in the shape and colors of a rainbow and added different objects to make fun pictures with. Every color of the rainbow is included in our tulip field and consists of a carefully composed mix of different tulip varieties.<\/p>\n

In addition, we created a small restaurant in our authentic greenhouse, for people to enjoy a cup of coffee or something to eat, while cycling along the tulip fields.<\/p>\n

Due to the covid-related traveling measures, we mainly received Dutch visitors and expats this year. For next year, we are planning on making our experience bigger and better! We hope to receive a lot of people from all over the world and make them as excited about Spring flowers as we are!<\/p>\n
