We supply flower bulbs directly from our farm in <\/span><span class=\"s1\">t<\/span><span class=\"s2\">he Netherlands to greenhouse growers, landscapers, municipalities and locally operated garden centers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">The weather circumstances in \u00a0different states vary from hardiness zones 4 in Minnesota to 9 in Texas, and therefore also require different bulbs to plant.<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> O<\/span><span class=\"s2\">verall in recent years we have seen that the winters have gotten milder and summers longer and hotter. This means we have had to adjust our shipping and bulb preparation to optimize the flowering periods. Due to this global warming trend we now are forced to pre-chill all our fall bulbs under the Memphis-Nashville-Oklahoma City line (zones 7 and up) in order to give the bulbs the cold treatment they need and achieve the best blooming results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Furthermore<\/span><span class=\"s1\">,<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> I have seen that planting just one type of bulb is not always enough to pleasure the color craving people have when spring comes.
